LD31: New original soca from Toronto legend Pat McNeilly, AKA "Panman Pat", pioneer of the steel pan and calypso in Canada.

Pat has backed up everyone from Sparrow to Shadow, played with Cyril Diaz in the very first Caribana in 1967 and was the first person to bring steel band programs to Toronto schools.
